- Tags must remain attached and intact.
- The abaya must be free of cosmetic damage (e.g., stains, tears, or alterations).
- No strong smells (e.g., perfume, smoke, or any other odors).

How to Initiate a Return:
1. Contact our customer service team within the 14-day return window to request a prepaid return label.
2. Package the abaya securely and attach the provided return label.
3. Drop off the package at the designated carrier or schedule a pickup.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
